The Kitchen Pass is a $10/month membership that gives a BDC tenant access to use the ChattLab kitchen, vending and honor system food purchases.

===== Benefits =====
The ChattLab kitchen has the following features:
  * Fullsize Microwave
  * Sink/counter for food prep (note, NO garbage disposal).
  * Gas stove/oven with pots & pans
  * Small pizza oven/roaster
  * Commercial grade Keurig coffee machine.
  * Honor bar snacks
  * Ready to heat Frozen meals (individual pizzas, hot pockets, chicken pot pies and more).
  * Frozen treats (Italian ice, ice cream etc).
  * Coke products for 75 cents (Coke, Diet Coke, Mtn Dew, Diet Mtn Dew, A&W Rootbeer, A&W Diet Rootbeer, Dr Pepper, Lipton Tea)
  * Bottled water for 25 cents
  * Dishwasher (for ChattLab dishes only).

===== Cost =====
The cost of the Kitchen Pass costs $10 per month recurring via paypal, or $100 per year if paid in advance.  Additional fobs cost an additional $5 per month or $50 per year. Monthly payments must be automated via paypal, or paid a minimum of 6 months in advance via check.  Credit card payments can be made, however it has to be via paypal.  Any key fob lost costs $5 to replace.  

===== BDC Kitchen Pass Holder Rules =====

The rules of use are described below.  Failure to obey these rules can result in cancelling access to the area.

  - All employees/staff that access the space must have their name on file at ChattLab.
  - Pass holder can use the kitchen area to purchase, eat, and cook food using ChattLab pots, pans and cutlery.  No access to other areas and tools of the space is permitted without an escort from a ChattLab member.
  - No dishes or silverware is to be removed from the suite.
  - Pass holder is responsible for cleaning after themselves.
  - Tenant pass holder is responsible for each of their employees/staff that use the kitchen.
  - The key fob is not to be shared with any other suite holder.
  - No food items are to be stored in the ChattLab kitchen's cabinets, fridge, or freezers.
  - Snacks and frozen foods are available for purchase using an honor system.  All food items and beverages must be paid for at the time.  No IOU's or credit.
  - Though we try to keep some paper goods (napkins, paper towels, etc) supplied, it's not part of the service provided.  Be prepared to provide your own napkins and other disposable items.
  - The dishwasher is only to be used for ChattLab dishes.

===== How to Apply  =====
If interested, fill out the following [[https://forms.gle/QGAiUdDodwtgoFbD8|application]] to start the process.  Filling out the application is not a commitment for purchase.  After the application is completed, someone from ChattLab will reach out to you to complete the process which includes payment setup, orientation and getting you a key fob for access to the kitchen.
